Overview
YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World is a remake of the adventure game of the same name that was initially published on the PC-98 in 1996 by Elf. The remake features a reworked presentation with new character designs by Nagi Ryou and an arranged soundtrack. 5pb developed the remake for the PlayStation Vita as well as the PlayStation 4 and released it in Japan on March 16, 2017. Included with the first-print run of the game was a download code that could be redeemed to obtain an emulated version of the original PC-98 version of YU-NO for each platform. A year later in 2018, a port of the remake was released for the Nintendo Switch and PC to coincide with the release of YU-NO's two-cour anime adaptation created by Feel. Spike Chunsoft eventually localized YU-NO into English and released the title in North America on October 1, 2019.
