Garfield: Saving Arlene

Garfield: Saving Arlene

When the love interest of everyone's favorite lazy tabby cat gets impounded, it's up to him and his pal Odie to rescue her in this 3D action-adventure platformer for the PS2.

Overview

Garfield: Saving Arlene (known in Japan as Garfield: Arleene o Sukue, which is loosely translated to "Garfield: Save Arlene") is a 3D third-person action-adventure platformer developed by EKO and published for the PlayStation 2 by Hip (in Europe sometime in 2006) and Titus (in Japan on April 27, 2006).

The second 3D platformer based on the Garfield comic strip, Saving Arlene has players controlling the titular orange tabby cat as he, with the help of his pal Odie, sets out to rescue Garfield's love interest (Arlene) from the animal pound.

It received a sequel a year later, titled Garfield: Lasagna World Tour.

A US release of Saving Arlene was planned and announced by The Game Factory, but the release was canceled.
