Overview

NightSky is a puzzle/platform game developed and published by Nicalis (known for the Wii port of Cave Story) for the PC and Nintendo's Wiiware service. The game was directed and designed by Nicklas Nygren. The game uses Nygren's long-running ambient approach to aesthetics.

Gameplay

In NightSky the player rolls around a ball interacting with the environment. In the Wii version the direction and speed the ball is rolling depends on how the players is holding the Wii remote. The game is entirely enemy-free and the experience is solely meant to be that of exploration.
