In the year 2224, Cyril Smith is surfing on his PC, when he stumbles across a suspicious message coming from somewhere in space. He soon realizes this message details the immanent invasion of earth by extremely dangerous and powerful killer, mutant, robotic Teddy Bears. Realizing he's the only one who can stop them, he adopts the persona of Cyril Cyberpunk, a hover-board surfing, blaster-wielding hero, on a mission to prevent the downfall of the entire world.
