Lunar: Dragon Song

Lunar: Dragon Song

One of the first RPGs for the Nintendo DS.

Overview

Lunar:  Dragon Song is a DS entry in the Lunar series that was released in the U.S. on September 27, 2005.  One of the first RPGs released on the system, its experiments with touch screen mechanics, in addition to its combat system and simplistic story and characters, led to largely negative reviews.  The game was also strongly criticized for a mechanic that would cause the player to lose HP by running around the map instead of walking, and for forcing the player to toggle between earning experience points or items in battle.
