See some familiar faces Star Trek: Elite Force II is the sequel to 2000's Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force. Developed by Ritual Entertainment, this instalment, taking place after the Star Trek: Voyager series finale, in which the ship returned to Earth, took the U.S.S. Voyager's Hazard Team onto the famous U.S.S. Enterprise-E, under command of Jean-Luc Picard. Taking place after Star Trek: Nemesis, the final Next Generation film, Elite Force II tasks main character Alex Munro to uncover a threat from a newly encountered species known as "Exomorphs" and a cold war brewing between the Attrexian and Romulan empires.
The game was built, like the previous instalment, on the Quake III: Arena engine. The game features extensive use of the Tricorder to solve puzzles, a Pipe Dream-like mini game, and branching storylines. A fully featured multiplayer component is also included.
