Krakout

Krakout

Jam out to the soundtrack and the sound effects (but not simultaneously) in this Breakout-esque British game from Gremlin.

Overview

Krakout is a 1987 block-breaking puzzle game from British developer Gremlin. It has retained a cult following thanks to additional levels designed by the Krakout modding community.

Due to the audio limitations of the four sound-channel Commodore 64, players cannot select both the music and the sound effects at the same time. The game has three possible audio options: music, sound effects, or silence.
